We can arrange service of proceedings on parties in Jersey via the Viscount’s Department. This is the formal process of effecting personal service in Jersey.

The Viscount’s Department, acting upon our instruction, service proceedings and provide a formal affidavit of service.

Our fee for this service is typically £1,250.

What we need to proceed

We will liaise with you as to what is required for our client take-on, but in order to effect service, documents can be shared with us by email or via secure document sharing services.
