Lewis is an Associate and assists the team in a range of corporate, commercial, commercial property, trust and fund matters. Before joining Pinel Advocates, Lewis worked at a firm in New Zealand as a solicitor assisting on a range of commercial and property matters.

Typical matters which Lewis assists the team with include:

• Assisting with corporate restructurings, liquidations, reinstatements and migrations;

• Assisting with corporate formations, shareholders’ agreements, joint ventures and other commercial arrangements;

• Assisting with business sales and purchases;

• Assisting with commercial property, including lease negotiations and renewals; and

• Advising on, and drafting, trust and foundation instruments.
