Pinel Advocates was delighted to be able to assist the Jersey Recovery College with its recent establishment and commercial lease of premises in St Helier. Associate Kate Hamilton and Senior Associate David Yetman (both pictured) advised the Jersey Recovery College.
Jersey Recovery College is a community-based independent mental health charity. It offers education and training opportunities to people experiencing mental health difficulties and the family, friends and professionals who support them. Beth Moore, Recovery College Manager, said:-

‘The team at Pinel Advocates were excellent in supporting us in negotiating a commercial lease and drafting our Memorandum and Articles of Association. They worked very quickly and professionally and guided us through the whole process. We are a new mental health charity and the team provided the majority of their support pro bono which was the most enormous help to us. We’re extremely grateful and would definitely work with Pinel Advocates again.’
